What this policy covers

This policy applies to this website only. Products operated by Indrevo, Twisted Lunacy, BlackSpire and Vyce Studios are covered by their own privacy policies, which are made available within those products.

What we collect

• Information you submit through the enquiry form: your name, organisation, email address, the nature of your enquiry and your message.
• Standard server and delivery logs generated when your browser requests a page, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to maintain a record of correspondence, and to keep the site secure and operating correctly. We do not use enquiry information for marketing unless you ask us to.

Disclosure

We disclose personal information to service providers who host this site and deliver our email, and where required by law. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We do not sell personal information.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to admin@blackhold.group. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the current version.
